Dr. Maddie Sin (she/her) is a medical doctor from Berlin with five years of experience in infection control with peer-reviewed published research as well as lecturing multiple target audiences in a variety of topics. Whole Genome Sequencing, Antibiotic Stewardship and STIs were her main focuses in the field.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Maddie worked on the frontlines and, due to the lockdowns, began engaging in online activism to combat vaccine misinformation, address workers' rights, and advocate for intersectional feminism.
In 2022 she started her Master's degree in Sexology with Sexocorporel as the main approach to sexual therapy. The degree further includes sociology, educational and other sexual science as well as cultural studies. Her Master thesis will be completed in September 2025.
She works in her private practice for sexual and couples therapy as well as freelance in various scientific and activism projects.
